Regional Marketing Manager Central & East (d/f/m)

We are seeking a Regional Marketing Manager for Bathroom Tissue (BRT) in Central and Eastern Europe (d/f/m) for a full-time, permanent position. The ideal candidate will be based in one of the key regional offices within the CE&EE region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and guide multiple markets to enhance market shares of leading brands in the BRT category across Central and Eastern regions, including the formulation, management, and execution of brand strategies and marketing initiatives in alignment with regional, global, and/or Business Unit standards.
  • Engage in and/or lead regional and/or European BRT projects, managing regional product launch processes in accordance with established plans and within the designated budget.
  • Contribute to global brand development efforts and assist the Regional Marketing Director in representing the Central & East BRT region at the European level, including overarching topics and projects.
  • Manage the allocated category A&P budget in collaboration with the Regional Marketing Director, ensuring alignment with regional priorities and distribution across Central & East for various marketing activities.
  • Support the creation and/or modification of brand marketing communication materials across channels and products, ensuring compliance with local requirements and facilitating effective communication for each market initiative.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop your own team while guiding multiple cross-functional teams, ensuring they possess the necessary market, brand, product, and/or service knowledge (including delivering training sessions).

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Minimum years of experience in a senior marketing role within a branded Top FMCG environment, with relevant experience in managing multiple brands across different geographies; additional sales experience is advantageous.
  • Extensive experience in leading both direct and indirect teams across various countries, demonstrating a collaborative approach within line and matrix organizations.
  • Strong strategic and analytical capabilities, with a comprehensive mindset and proven success in developing and executing strategic initiatives to enhance P&L and achieve market share growth.
  • Exceptional brand development and marketing mix expertise, including substantial digital experience.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, delivering relevant information in a clear manner in English (German is a plus) and a willingness to travel.
  • Strong awareness of consumer and customer needs, as well as brand equity management.
