Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Regional Marketing Manager to lead our Bathroom Tissue business in Central Europe. As a key member of our Consumer Goods team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive growth and market share.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing plans to achieve business objectives, including brand positioning, product launches, and promotional activities.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to drive marketing initiatives, including product development, sales, and customer service.
  • Manage and optimize marketing budgets to ensure maximum ROI.
  • Collaborate with regional and global teams to align marketing strategies and ensure consistency across markets.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform marketing decisions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior marketing role, preferably in the FMCG industry.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and market share through effective marketing strategies.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in leading cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Fluency in English, with proficiency in German an advantage.
