Regional Marketing Manager Central & East (d/f/m)

We are seeking a Regional Marketing Manager for Bathroom Tissue (BRT) in Central & Eastern Europe (d/f/m) for a full-time, indefinite position. The ideal candidate will be located in one of the key regional offices within our CE&EE region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and guide various markets to enhance market shares of leading brands in the BRT sector throughout the Central and Eastern regions, which includes formulating, managing, and executing brand strategies and marketing initiatives in accordance with regional, global, and/or Business Unit standards.
  • Engage in and/or lead regional and/or European BRT initiatives, managing regional product launch processes in line with established plans and within the allocated budget.
  • Contribute to global brand development efforts and assist the Regional Marketing Director in representing the Central & East BRT region at the European level, particularly in overarching projects and topics.
  • Administer the assigned category A&P budget in coordination with the Regional Marketing Director, ensuring alignment with regional priorities and appropriate allocation across the Central & East region for various marketing activities.
  • Facilitate the creation and/or adaptation of brand marketing communication materials across different channels and products, ensuring compliance with local requirements and effective communication for each market initiative.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop your own team while managing multiple cross-functional teams, ensuring they possess the necessary market, brand, product, and/or service knowledge, including delivering training sessions.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of several years' experience in a senior marketing position within top FMCG brands, with relevant expertise in managing multiple brands across different regions; additional sales experience is a plus.
  • Extensive experience in leading both direct and indirect teams across various countries, fostering a collaborative working environment in line and matrix organizations.
  • Strong strategic and analytical capabilities, with a comprehensive approach to developing and executing strategic initiatives that drive P&L and achieve market share growth.
  • Exceptional brand development and marketing mix expertise, including significant digital experience.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, presenting relevant information in a clear manner in English (German proficiency is advantageous) and a willingness to travel.
  • A keen understanding of consumer and customer needs, along with brand equity management.
