Für eine Business Unit im Bereich Consumer Goods / Hygienetücher suchen wir derzeit einen Manager Marketing in Zentral- und Osteuropa (m/f/d). In dieser Funktion werden Sie ein internationales Team von 7 MitarbeiterInnen leiten. Die Position ist eine Hybridtätigkeit mit einer Präsenz von 50% im Großraum Heidelberg / Mannheim.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Märkte in der Region Central & East steuern und Marktanteile führender Marken steigern.
  • Leitung und Teilnahme an regionalen und europäischen Projekten, sowie Überwachung von Produkteinführungen im Rahmen des Budgets.
  • Unterstützung der globalen Markenentwicklung und Vertretung der Region auf europäischer Ebene.
  • Verwaltung des Marketingbudgets und Zuweisung an regionale Marketingaktivitäten.
  • Anpassung und Entwicklung von Marketingmaterialien für lokale Märkte.
  • Führung und Entwicklung des eigenen Teams sowie Steuerung funktionsübergreifender Teams.

Ihr Profil:

  • 10-15 Jahre Erfahrung im Senior Marketing im FMCG Umfeld, idealerweise mit Vertriebserfahrung.
  • Führungserfahrung in multinationalen Teams und Erfahrung in Matrixorganisationen.
  • Starke strategische und analytische Fähigkeiten mit nachweislichen Erfolgen im Marktanteilswachstum.
  • Gute Kenntnisse in der DACH Region.
