About the Opportunity:
Key Responsibilities- Optimize merchandise management solution performance through expert analysis, design, and implementation of new features.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external service providers to align enhancement priorities and ensure seamless system integration.
- Provide exceptional technical support for merchandise management-related inquiries, fostering a culture of transparency and excellence.
- Elevate communication between business stakeholders, developers, and external partners, championing innovative approaches to stay ahead of the curve.
- A degree in computer science or an equivalent qualification is required.
- Proven experience as a requirements engineer, business analyst, or business consultant, with hands-on expertise in agile software development environments.
- Strong technical knowledge of databases and APIs is essential.
- A structured approach to tasks and problem-solving, coupled with excellent English language skills and a willingness to travel.
