About the Job:
Cititec Talent is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Solutions Architect to lead various business-critical projects for our client's Back Office functions across their commodities business.
In this role, you will be responsible for translating complex business initiatives into a cohesive architectural vision that guides the delivery of functional capabilities. You will work closely with stakeholders across the organisation to enhance business operations, providing clarity on how the application landscape can support both current and future state roadmaps while assisting delivery teams in improving their applications.
About Our Client:
Our client is a global commodity trading company based in Geneva. They offer an above-market-rate salary, bonus, and package to attract top talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing large-scale applications using Oracle technology.
- Leading cross-functional teams to improve business operations and deliver IT solutions.
- Working closely with senior business leaders to drive strategic initiatives and enhance business performance.
- Managing globally distributed teams to deliver high-quality results.
Requirements:
- Strong domain knowledge in the commodity trading industry, particularly in back office functions such as Settlements, Trade Finance, Corporate Funding, Treasury, and Accounting.
- Proven track record in delivering large-scale applications using Oracle technology.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of engaging with both senior business and IT leaders.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and driving IT solutions.
Salary and Benefits:
We are offering a competitive salary of CHF 120,000 per year, plus a bonus and benefits package that includes relocation support and sponsorship for dependants. The package also includes flights, temporary accommodation, moving expenses, and tax/legal assistance.
