Strategic Business Growth Specialist

As a Strategic Business Growth Specialist at Together Commerce, you will be responsible for driving business development initiatives across various areas of the company.
Job Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategic projects to drive growth and scalability across different organizational functions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including founding and management teams, to implement strategic projects and processes.
- Support the implementation of go-to-market distribution models, marketing strategies, KPI dashboards, internationalization strategies, equity and debt financing, and recruiting team building.
- Participate in strategy workshops between the founding team and investors to drive business growth.
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in business, finance, engineering, mathematics, or a related field, or be pursuing a Master's/MBA.
- Have a strong academic record and relevant practical work experience in related industries.
- Be geographically mobile and able to join the company full-time for a minimum of 3-6 months in Düsseldorf/Köln.
- Demonstrate exceptional analytical skills, strong attention to detail, and a hands-on mentality.
- Ability to blend quantitative analysis with effective presentation skills.
- Strong written and oral communication skills in English and German to interact directly with clients.
- Entrepreneurial spirit, high interest in startups or consulting, and willingness to get involved.
- The estimated salary for this position is €45,000 - €60,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
