About the Role
We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Specialist to join our team in Berlin. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential customers, generating leads, and setting appointments.
Responsibilities
- Lead business growth in the German and wider DACH region by cultivating strong relationships with key decision-makers.
- Prospect and identify potential customers through research and lead qualification.
- Educate customers about Choco's products, addressing their needs and pain points.
- Set up appointments for the sales team with interested prospects.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and refine messaging and campaigns.
- Document and maintain accurate records of interactions and lead status in the CRM.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and qualification.
Requirements
- Mandatory: German (C1 and higher).
- 6m to 3 years of experience in sales development, telemarketing, or related roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented.
- Passion for the food industry and a desire to contribute to its transformation.
