About the Role

This position is a key part of our sales team, responsible for driving business growth and revenue expansion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coach and onboard new team members to ensure a smooth transition and high performance.
  • Identify and address the challenges faced by our prospective customers, providing tailored inbound marketing solutions to meet their needs.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas, closing new business opportunities and nurturing relationships with qualified leads.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and prospects to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Collaborate with our marketing and technology departments to evolve our sales strategy and leverage new features and products.
  • Contribute to the development of our company culture and values, bringing your unique perspectives and ideas to the table.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of sales experience, with a proven track record of closing deals and meeting quotas.
  • Fluency in both German and English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Unmatched consultative selling and closing skills, with a strong focus on customer needs and satisfaction.
  • Accurate forecasting and pipeline management, with a keen eye for opportunity and risk.
  • A track record of high performance, with a strong desire to exceed targets and drive business growth.
