Salary & Benefits

A competitive salary of approximately €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, reflecting our commitment to attracting top talent and recognizing exceptional performance. Additionally, you can expect:

  • 26 days of vacation, plus one additional day per year up to a maximum of 30 days;

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Commercial Growth Specialist to join our team. As a key member, you will leverage your analytical prowess to identify areas for improvement, develop automation solutions, and bridge the gap between business needs and technical requirements. Your expertise will be crucial in enhancing overall performance and driving strategic projects forward.

Required Skills & Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • More than 2 years of experience in management consulting or a related field;
  • Exceptional analytical skills, including proficiency in SQL, to pinpoint inefficiencies and propose innovative solutions;
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to ensure seamless collaboration and stakeholder engagement;
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with colleagues and stakeholders.
