Are you a driven and ambitious sales professional looking to take your career to the next level? We're seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our team at HubSpot in Berlin, Germany. As an Account Executive, you'll be responsible for driving business growth by engaging with small to medium-sized businesses, identifying new opportunities, and closing deals.

About the Role

We're looking for a results-driven individual with a proven track record of success in sales. You'll work closely with our marketing and technology teams to develop and execute targeted sales strategies that drive revenue growth. Your expertise will be instrumental in helping us expand our presence in the German market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute annual, quarterly, and monthly territory business plans
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach and self-sourced leads
  • Run qualification calls with C-level executives and department leaders
  • Closing new business and install base at or above quota on a monthly cadence
  • Sell through internal champions to multiple stakeholders, as well as directly to C-level executives
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in a quota-carrying role
  • Fluency in English and German
  • Experience in a complex selling environment
  • Presentation and pitching skills to C-level executives on business change
  • Pipeline management and forecasting accuracy
  • Achievement-oriented with a track record of overachieving on targets
