At PILLARS, we are seeking a talented European Business Growth Specialist to drive our sales and expansion efforts in the European market. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to increase revenue. With a strong understanding of the European market and a proven track record of meeting sales targets, you will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to achieve our business objectives.

Job Description

As a European Business Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Conducting market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key clients, including retailers, distributors, and other partners
  • Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Attending trade shows and conferences to promote our products and network with potential clients
  • Monitoring sales performance and providing regular reports to management
  • Staying updated on product knowledge and industry developments to effectively communicate with clients and provide exceptional customer service

In this role, you will have the flexibility to work from anywhere in Europe and travel within the region as needed to meet with clients and attend meetings and events.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in international sales or business development, preferably in the mattress or bedding industry (B2B)
  • A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Willingness to travel within Europe as needed
  • Fluency in English, with additional European languages a plus
Salary and Benefits
