Sales Director

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive our company's growth across Europe. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in chemistry and extensive experience in the chemical industry sales.
This is a remote-based role, allowing for flexibility and autonomy in your work. Key responsibilities include:
- Promoting our company's products to various industries
- Developing and maintaining relationships with key customers and distributors
- Conducting market analysis and research to expand our presence in the European market
- Assisting in formulating distributor cooperation strategies
- Regular travel to visit clients across Europe
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field
- Minimum 10 years of sales experience in the chemical industry
- Strong chemistry background
- Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus
- Experience covering multiple countries/regions in sales roles
- History of working with a wide range of end customers
- Willingness to travel (10+ days per month)
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite
We offer a competitive salary range of 100,000 to 150,000 Euros per annum, a performance-based bonus plan, remote work, high level of autonomy, and career growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding company.
