Sales Director

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Director to join our team at Nitrado (marbis GmbH). As a Sales Director, you will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying and acquiring new business partnerships with game development studios.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to acquire new partners
- Proactively reach out to game development studios worldwide to identify new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers at game development studios
- Develop and deliver persuasive presentations to showcase the value proposition of our GameFabric platform
- Collaborate with our customer success team to ensure a seamless onboarding and support experience for new clients
- Work with the product, marketing, and technical teams to ensure that the sales process addresses client needs and positions Nitrado's solutions effectively
- Track and report on key sales metrics, including lead conversion rates, pipeline growth, and revenue generation
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in business development and sales, ideally within gaming-related industries, SaaS, or hosting
- Proven track record in acquiring new business and driving partnerships with game studios or related industries
- Strong understanding of multiplayer game development process and the challenges faced by studios
- Experience using CRM tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients and partners across different cultures and time zones
- Fluent in English (native proficiency), preferably also German, other languages are a bonus
