About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead our sales team and drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and identifying new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth
- Manage customer relationships and identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales goals
- Mentor and develop sales team members
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and industry developments
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field
- At least 4 years of experience in sales and business development roles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in German (native speaker fluency preferred) and good English command
- Go-To-Market, entrepreneurial, and self-driven mindset
