We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Director to lead our sales operations in Germany.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve organizational sales targets and business goals.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve high performance.
- Set sales targets for both the team and individuals, track progress, and conduct regular performance reviews.
- Analyse market trends, identify opportunities for growth, and develop strategies to capitalize on market potential.
- Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring operational efficiency.
- Drive revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and optimizing existing customer relationships.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in sales software and CRM systems.
- Ability to analyse data and generate actionable insights.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics.
- Client liaison and customer focus.
- German and English written and oral proficiency is a must.
