Job Title: Sales Director

We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Director to lead our sales operations in Germany.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve organizational sales targets and business goals.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve high performance.
  • Set sales targets for both the team and individuals, track progress, and conduct regular performance reviews.
  • Analyse market trends, identify opportunities for growth, and develop strategies to capitalize on market potential.
  • Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring operational efficiency.
  • Drive revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and optimizing existing customer relationships.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in sales software and CRM systems.
  • Ability to analyse data and generate actionable insights.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics.
  • Client liaison and customer focus.
  • German and English written and oral proficiency is a must.
