Digital Client Success Working Student

As a working student at Emarsys, you will have the opportunity to dive into the world of Marketing Automation and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and innovative environment.
Your Key Responsibilities- Support the Digital Client Success Team in building long-term and sustainable customer relationships.
- Take on small projects independently and work closely with your teammates to deliver operational excellence.
- Provide analytical support and expertise by analyzing account data and building reports to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Conduct business analytics to identify opportunities for growth, efficiency, and optimization.
- Work closely and efficiently with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
- Ongoing studies in business administration or marketing.
- Interest in digital marketing topics and customer experience.
- Independent and structured way of working, hands-on mentality, and a high degree of proactivity.
- Sense for numbers and correlations (analytical affinity).
- Experienced use of Excel (data preparation, pivot tables).
- Experienced use of reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik Sense).
- Very good knowledge of English and German.
