Job SummaryWe're seeking an experienced Team Lead to manage the delivery and ongoing support of GeoDin geo-data solutions. As a key representative for GeoDin, you will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions that meet their business objectives. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise in geospatial data solutions, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the delivery of high-value geo-data solutions, ensuring projects align with client requirements and company standards.
- Work closely with the Client Excellence Lead to setup client-specific proposals that deliver client value.
- Manage and prioritize team activities in line with the commercial backlog and strategic objectives.
- Provide thought leadership to evolve GeoDin for the future, feeding ideas on new functionalities to the Product Owner.
- Oversee the setup and deployment of configurations tailored to client needs, ensuring smooth and effective implementations.
- Lead the configuration and ongoing management of databases to support scalable and robust data solutions.
- Develop object types, data models, and reporting templates to enable enhanced data analysis and reporting capabilities.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Geotechnical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field, or relevant experience.
- 5+ years of experience in project management or client success roles, ideally within the geotechnical or geospatial sectors.
- Expertise in deploying and managing geospatial and/or geotechnical data solutions.
- Knowledge of GeoDin or similar applications, considered a strong plus.
- Proven leadership in managing technical teams and complex projects.
- Technical proficiency in GIS, database management tools, and CRM systems.
