Global Client Success Strategist

**About the Role**
RepRisk AG is seeking a seasoned professional to take on the position of Director of Global Client Success and Support. This key leadership role will be instrumental in driving client satisfaction and loyalty across our global operations.
**Responsibilities**
- We are looking for a visionary leader who can develop and inspire a team of 10+ professionals across our global hubs (Toronto, Berlin, Manila) to elevate efficiency and drive exceptional client services addressing both proactive success initiatives and reactive support needs.
- The successful candidate will lead optimization efforts across end-to-end workflows, automate processes in Salesforce, leverage technology solutions, and improve reporting to enhance client experiences.
- This strategic role requires establishing KPIs and making informed, data-driven decisions to improve client satisfaction and loyalty.
- The ideal candidate will work cross-functionally with both front and back-office teams to continuously improve client experiences and refine operational processes.
**Requirements**
- A minimum of 10 years of managerial experience, with 5+ years leading teams of 10+ in a global, client-centered environment.
- Proven track record in client success management within a tech environment, with hands-on experience in client relationship management and technical problem-solving, including data integration solutions e.g data feed, API and SaaS/DaaS applications.
- Results-driven individual with a proven ability to optimize end-to-end processes and automate systems like Salesforce for improved client success and technical support management.
- Strong strategic thinking and leadership skills, capable of influencing and collaborating across diverse teams and cultures.
- Fluent in English, with additional language skills considered a plus.
**What We Offer**
A competitive salary in the range of CHF 120,000 - 150,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
