Working Student People

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Working Student to join our People team at Oetker Digital GmbH. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting the employee life cycle, from onboarding to managing employee records and designing people projects.
Key Responsibilities- Support the People team in day-to-day business, including maintaining personnel files, data management in the HR system, and preparation of documents.
- Assist in onboarding and offboarding of new employees, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all colleagues.
- Maintain our people software systems, such as Personio and Leapsome, to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
- Contribute to People-related projects, including Training, Feedback & Development, and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion initiatives.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- To be currently enrolled in your Bachelor or Master Degree.
- To have fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken (B2).
- To be familiar with common MS Office applications and G-Suite.
- To have a detail-oriented and self-organized work style.
- To be a team player and highly motivated to create a positive experience for our colleagues.
- To be interested in People software solutions and willing to learn.
