Working Student People

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Working Student People to join our team at Oetker Digital GmbH.
About the RoleAs a Working Student People, you will play a vital role in supporting the People team in various stages of the employee life cycle, from onboarding new hires to managing employee records and designing and implementing people projects.
Key Responsibilities- Support the People team in day-to-day business, including maintaining personnel files, data management in the HR system, and preparation of documents.
- Assist in onboarding and offboarding of new employees, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all colleagues.
- Maintain our people software systems, such as Personio and Leapsome, to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
- Contribute to People-related projects, including Training, Feedback & Development, and Diversity & Inclusion initiatives.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- To be currently enrolled in your Bachelor or Master Degree.
- To possess fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken (B2).
- To be familiar with common MS Office applications and G-Suite.
- To demonstrate a detail-oriented and self-organized work style.
- To be a team player and highly motivated to create a positive experience for our colleagues.
- To be interested in People software solutions and willing to learn.
