Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Client Success Manager to be based in Germany, ideally in Berlin, but remote work is possible. As a Client Success Manager, you will be the primary liaison between Weezevent and event organizers. Your tasks will include managing projects from A to Z, creating and implementing project plans, managing communication with clients, setting up our software, and ensuring smooth operations during events.
Responsibilities- Create and implement project plans for the delivery of contracted services at events.
- Manage project plans in coordination with client events and make necessary adjustments as the project reaches its launch date.
- Ensure smooth communication with clients, answer questions, and meet expectations according to agreements.
- Set up our software to achieve ticketing, access, and/or cashless flow required by clients.
- Be responsible for full preparation and logistics, build-up of our terminals at event sites, operations during events, break-down, and post-event operations.
- Create reports and reviews after events, follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and trust with our solution, and advise clients on how to improve and negotiate commercial and operative conditions for future implementations.
- Monitor our business sector and keep up to date with our solution and features.
- Report to our Head of Project Management.
