Client Success Manager

Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Client Success Manager to join our team in Germany, ideally based in Berlin. As a Client Success Manager, you will be the primary point of contact between Weezevent and our event organizers. Your primary responsibility will be to manage projects from start to finish, ensuring seamless execution and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement project plans for the delivery of contracted services at events.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Set up and configure our software to meet client requirements.
- Oversee the preparation, logistics, and operations of events, including terminal setup, event execution, and post-event activities.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and trust in our solution.
- Monitor business trends and stay up-to-date with our solution and features.
We're looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with a positive attitude and a sense of humor. You should have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and be comfortable with frequent travel. Proficiency in ICT and a willingness to learn are essential.
