Technical Sales Engineer Role: Strategic Business Development

As a Technical Sales Engineer at Recruitment Room, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth through strategic sales and technical expertise.
Job OverviewThis position involves leading pre-sales and post-sales activities, proof-of-concept development, and managing change requests. You will act as a bridge between technical teams and stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication with customers, sales, and internal engineering.
You will take ownership of technical relationships with customers, driving satisfaction, growth, and trust. Additionally, you will prioritize and manage technical tasks effectively, balancing the needs of customers, DevOps teams, and business goals.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of DevOps principles and infrastructure setups, along with proficiency in at least one scripting language (e.g., Python, Bash, or similar). They will also possess strong troubleshooting skills, exceptional stakeholder communication abilities, and proven problem-solving skills.
We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience, plus additional benefits including mobile working, flexible working hours, learning opportunities, pension scheme, health offers, workout-life-balance, jobticket, virtual stock options, employee discounts, snacks & drinks.
In this role, you will lead DevOps-related activities, develop technical customer onboarding processes, and troubleshoot complex issues. You will work closely with our DevOps team to ensure high operational standards are maintained.
