About the Role

TD SYNNEX is seeking an experienced Senior Product Operations Specialist to join its team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring best-in-class data integrity, system tools, and reporting.

Job Responsibilities
  • Support end-to-end product and vendor lifecycle management to guarantee system accuracy and product adoption.
  • Collaborate with the profit team on vendor pricing strategy, exception, and corrective management.
  • Manage ship and debit processes in conjunction with the central team in Barcelona.
  • Work closely with the purchasing team on provision management and stock allocation.
  • Produce sales out and stock reports with Business Intelligence and determine execution plans accordingly.
  • Achieve quarterly Gross Profit (GP) targets.
  • Hold operational relationships with vendor peers to discuss future products, forecasting, and planning processes.
  • Input into and execute business plans with vendor business leads.
  • Support the sales floor with pricing, ship and debit, and general product queries.
Requirements
  • Highly numerate with excellent time management and prioritizing skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and German required.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Outlook.
  • Customer Focus, Interpersonal Skills, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical skills, high attention to detail, and accuracy.
  • Familiarity with IT industry knowledge – Channel, Vendors, Programs, and Competition would be an advantage.
  • Experience with SAP R3 and Business Warehouse or Microsoft Applications (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) would be beneficial.
  • Commercial/product experience in a Technology business is preferred.
