About the Team
The Investing Product Operations team is a highly skilled group that operates at the intersection of Product and Operations, dedicated to enhancing the customer experience and efficiently managing investing operations. The team is composed of professionals with diverse expertise, ranging from business analysis over product and project management to investing operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the investing product operations team
- Manage a team of experienced investing product operations specialists
- Contribute to a positive team culture, fostering collaboration, knowledge sharing, and a customer-centric mindset
- Manage and execute your own projects, coordinating resources and timelines to ensure timely and successful delivery of initiatives
- Leverage your data and analytics skills to generate valuable insights and drive data-informed decision-making
- Conduct thorough business analysis, market research, and customer research to understand user needs and identify opportunities for product improvement
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather feedback, incorporate user insights into product enhancements and optimize investing operations
- Contribute to the strategic planning and goal alignment process, ensuring adherence to industry best practices and regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Professional with minimum 6-7 years of relevant professional experience. Strong background in ops, product management, strategy or similar.
- Skilled in gathering and analysing data to identify key insights, trends, and opportunities for improvement in product operations
- Proficient in utilizing data visualization tools and analytics platforms to create insightful reports and presentations for key stakeholders
- Expertise in working closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering and customer support, to ensure seamless product operations
- Proven ability to lead and manage a team of dedicated investing operations specialist, handling complex projects, effectively prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to identify root causes and propose innovative solutions to address operational challenges.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adept at collaborating with stakeholders at all levels, including senior management, to drive alignment and achieve business objectives.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management frameworks, enabling efficient delivery and iterative improvement processes.
- Continuous learner with a passion for staying updated on industry trends (in this regards esp. Investing & Wealth), emerging technologies, and best practices in product operations and analytics.
- You speak fluent English and you are Based in Berlin (or willing to relocate)
