Product Operations Leadership Director

We are seeking a seasoned Product Operations Leadership Director to drive business growth and customer satisfaction at Delivery Hero.
In this pivotal role, you will oversee key business metrics such as Delivery Time, UTR, and CPO, striving for maximum product stack potential. As a vital connector between Operations and Product/Tech, you will spearhead seamless performance enhancements and support the sustainable growth of Delivery Hero's Own Delivery vertical.
You will bridge the gap between cutting-edge Product/Tech innovations and strategic business needs, interacting with stakeholders across Global and Regional teams, making this position essential to our success.
- Leadership and Strategy: Define relevant business KPIs, product performance, and product strategy on a global scale.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with and support our global operations and performance stakeholders, ensuring alignment and collaboration.
- People Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of specialists, focusing on their professional growth and development.
- Team Leadership: Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment, holding accountability for results.
- Performance Management: Oversee and manage entity performance, ensuring they meet business objectives and standards.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement using data insights, innovate solutions, and execute them efficiently.
- Product Roll-out: Lead new product and feature roll-outs in your region to enhance user experience, business performance, and operational efficiency.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Conduct in-depth analysis to inform management and product teams on key business decisions.
Requirements
- Excellent Korean and English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- At least 4+ years of management experience, with a proven track record of leading teams and driving results.
- Proficiency in SQL and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Data Studio).
- Solid exploratory analysis capabilities and creative problem-solving abilities.
- Previous experience in the last-mile industry in Analytics, Operations, or Product roles is a plus.
- Outstanding stakeholder management and people leadership skills.
- A pragmatic and autonomous approach to work.
