Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our Office Management and HR team. As an integral part of our team, you will be responsible for the timely and proper completion of administrative tasks in personnel administration and office organization.

Your duties will include:

  • Maintaining employee data and ensuring information recorded in the HR system and other HR databases are up-to-date and accurate
  • Drafting and issuing employment contracts, amendments, and other documents as requested
  • Supporting the Office Management, HR, and Finance teams in all administrative and organizational tasks
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in working in an administrative role
  • Fluent German and English language skills
  • Confident handling of MS Office
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Independent and reliable way of working
