Administrative Professional for Office and Human Resources

We are a rapidly growing LegalTech startup based in Berlin, founded in 2018. Our organization is product-led and obsessed with reinventing an entire industry. We believe in self-organization, transparent communication, and flexible working.
This role will be responsible for the timely completion of administrative tasks in personnel administration and office organization. The ideal candidate will have experience in working in an administrative role, fluent in German and English, confident handling of MS Office, strong communication and organizational skills, and an independent and reliable way of working.
Key Responsibilities- Support our Office Management, HR, and Finance team in all administrative and organizational tasks.
- Manage employee lifecycle processes, including contract management, onboarding, and offboarding.
- Maintain accurate employee data and ensure information recorded in the HR system is up to date.
- Draft and issue employment contracts, amendments, and other documents as requested.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail, and administer office supplies.
