Job Description

The successful candidate will play a vital role in managing HR operations and financial processes. Key responsibilities include assisting in recruitment processes, managing employee records, coordinating employee benefits administration, and supporting day-to-day financial operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in HR and/or finance roles.
  • Strong understanding of HR practices, financial principles, and regulatory compliance.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with HR and financial software.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.

Estimated Salary: €45,000 - €60,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. Location: Mazahn, Germany. We offer a valid Work Permit for Germany, or the ability to obtain one.
