Job Title: Business Development Executive

QAD is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for driving lead generation and business development activities in the DACH region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the DACH region.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the region.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Provide regular sales performance updates and insights to management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales and business development, preferably in the ERP software industry.
  • Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and expanding customer relationships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Fluent English and German language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
