Business Development Executive

IC Resources is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive to join our successful team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with our clients and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients at all levels, from C-level executives to technical teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in Electronic Design Automation (EDA) and semiconductor IP.
- Travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the EDA and semiconductor IP industry.
- Strong network across the semiconductor ecosystem.
- Ability to develop technical sales plans and forecast business pipeline.
- Fluent German and English language skills (written and verbal).
