Role Overview
As a Sales Professional at Cadillac City, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of automotive sales and service. Your mission is to elevate the Cadillac experience by nurturing relationships, maximizing sales opportunities, and ensuring top-notch service at every turn.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and educate walk-ins, representing the Cadillac brand
- Provide product and brand consultation, aligning with GM's mission and vision
- Capture leads and pre-qualify prospective buyers and enthusiasts
- Ensure a seamless customer experience, from initial contact to delivery
- Collaborate with the City Guide team to schedule and conduct test drives
- Provide first-level customer support in-store, by phone, and via email
- Offer basic consultation on financial solutions, including leasing and loan options
- Assist customers with on-site ordering and navigate the digital customer journey
- Identify areas for improvement in POS operations and workflows
- Report customer feedback on in-store experience, product, and brand perception
- Manage the POS, running errands and identifying opportunities for growth
- Support EU-wide delivery, events, and pop-up initiatives
Requirements
- Exceptional people skills, including strong oral and written communication
- Fluent German and English language skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean record
- 2 years of experience in automotive, premium/luxury retail, or hospitality
- Flexibility to work weekends and adapt to changing priorities
- Passion for EVs and GM's/Cadillac's products
