About the Role:

The Sales Development Representative position at Arctic Wolf is a crucial part of our sales team, responsible for interacting with prospective customers and building relationships to drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting, qualifying, and capturing leads through various channels, including phone, internet, and social media.
  • Following up on inbound leads to further engage prospects and peak their interest.
  • Creating opportunities within assigned regions and partnering with senior sales executives to drive revenue.
  • Attending events and tradeshows to build relationships and promote Arctic Wolf's products.
  • Maintaining a steady flow of outbound communications to drive engagement and revenue.
  • Becoming a consultative sales expert, building rapport with customers, and creating value-based partnerships.
  • Consistently achieving sales quotas and working collaboratively with the team to share feedback and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in English and Dutch.
  • Ability to travel occasionally.
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • 1-2 years of professional experience in sales, business development, lead generation, or equivalent.
  • Self-motivated and driven individual with a strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
