About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Cadillac City Sales Representative to join our team at General Motors. As a Sales Professional, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of automotive sales and service, driving business growth, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and educate walk-ins, representing the Cadillac brand and showcasing our products.
- Consult with customers on product and brand information, highlighting the features and benefits of our luxury vehicles.
- Capture leads and pre-qualify prospective buyers, providing expert advice and guidance throughout the sales process.
- Ensure a seamless customer experience, from initial contact to delivery, and beyond.
- Provide first-level customer support, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Offer consultation on financial solutions, including leasing and loan options, to help customers find the perfect fit for their needs.
- Assist customers in navigating the digital customer journey, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements to optimize sales operations and customer satisfaction.
- Support EU-wide delivery, events, and pop-ups, promoting our brand and products to a wider audience.
Requirements:
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build rapport with customers.
- Fluent German and English language skills, with a proven ability to communicate complex information effectively.
- Driver's license with a clean record, and a passion for the automotive industry.
- 2+ years of experience in automotive, premium, or luxury retail, or hospitality, with a proven track record of success.
- Flexibility to work weekends, with a willingness to adapt to changing priorities and demands.
- A passion for EVs, GM's, and Cadillac's products, with a desire to stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments.
