- Develop and manage the regional DACH and Poland integrated marketing budget at a campaign and channel level ensuring cost-effective strategies and compliance with financial guidelines.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in marketing and communication roles.
- Proven expertise in developing and executing integrated marketing strategies.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, including marketing automation software, content management systems, and analytics tools.
- Strong interpersonal and team management skills.
