About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Engineering Team Lead to join our team at Emerson. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for leading a group of engineers and coordinating their work to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop a team of engineers to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to deliver high-quality projects.
- Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex engineering projects.
- Ensure that all engineering activities are undertaken in accordance with Emerson's quality control processes and standards.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure that their needs are met and that they are satisfied with the services provided.
- Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
- Provide technical guidance and support to engineers and other team members as needed.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and reports to ensure that all stakeholders are informed of project progress and status.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of experience in process automation projects and experience in the management of employees (technical team).
- State-certified technician, completed vocational training or equivalent knowledge.
- Fluently in German and English (speaking and writing skills).
- Business insight to generate new business.
- Valid driving license for cars.
- Willingness to travel as needed.

- Knowledge in modern PC technology, network technology.
