About the Role

Copeland is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Engineering Manager to lead our Engineering team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing employee welfare and development, monitoring work performance, and supporting team members in their day-to-day activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop a team of engineers to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality projects.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and achieve business objectives.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members and stakeholders.
  • Identify and mitigate risks to ensure project success.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.
  • Contribute to the development of business strategies and plans.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in process automation projects and management.
  • State-certified technician or equivalent knowledge.
  • Fluently in German and English (speaking and writing skills).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Business acumen and ability to analyze complex data.
  • Valid driving license for cars.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.

  • Knowledge in modern PC technology, network technology.
