We are seeking a Senior PAS Engineering Specialist to contribute to our business objectives.
In this role, you will leverage your expertise to assist the sales and proposals team in identifying and pursuing new business ventures. As a key member of the Project Management team, you will oversee the execution of a range of projects, utilizing the global resources and standards of Emerson Process Management while coordinating the project team effectively.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Collaborating with the Project Lead or Project Manager to comprehend and fulfill customer expectations while managing relationships with product vendors, subcontractors, and other Emerson teams. Taking charge of engineering tasks for all assigned projects, applying methodologies and resources to minimize costs while adhering to schedules and quality standards. Assisting in the creation of a feasible project timeline and providing essential information regarding resource needs, progress, and potential risks. Acting as the primary contact for all technical communications with customers regarding assigned projects, ensuring all team members and third parties have the necessary information. Supporting the procurement process by detailing specifications for subcontracted work and services, along with required delivery timelines. Ensuring a thorough understanding of the project scope for all engineering tasks, delivering on quality, budget, and schedule, and promptly informing the Project Lead or Manager of any changes initiated by the customer. Verifying that all engineering tasks comply with the company's quality control processes and standards, while consistently adhering to HSEQ standards. Fostering an inclusive and supportive environment for all project team members, aiding them in achieving personal development goals. Contributing to bid activities to ensure a comprehensive understanding of customer requirements and proposing innovative, cost-effective solutions. Continuously acquiring, maintaining, and sharing knowledge and experience with the engineering team and broader organization.Who You Are:

Required Qualifications:
Completion of vocational training as a state-certified technician, such as an electronics technician for automation technology or equivalent. A minimum of several years of relevant experience with a proven track record in system design, implementation, and acceptance testing phases of projects. Ability to work autonomously while adhering to established timelines. Extensive experience in direct customer engagement and expectation management. A valid driver's license. Proficiency in the local language and strong English skills (both verbal and written). Willingness to travel as necessary.Preferred Qualifications:
