About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Engineering Manager to lead our team of engineers in delivering high-quality projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop a team of engineers to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver projects successfully.
  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects meet customer requirements and expectations.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans to ensure project success.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure project success.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the team is using the latest technologies and methodologies.

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in process automation projects and experience in managing teams.
  • State-certified technician or equivalent knowledge.
  • Fluently in German and English (speaking and writing skills).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.

  • Intercultural skills.
  • Knowledge in modern PC technology and network technology.
