Your Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as Head of HR Fleet Systems and Analytics. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the development of our HR IT system, pioneering state-of-the-art reporting, and championing data-driven insights for Marine HR.

  • Develop and implement innovative HR reporting and analytics solutions to drive business decisions.
  • Lead the development of our HR IT system, ensuring it meets the evolving needs of our business.
  • Collaborate with Marine HR to deliver high-quality and efficient data analytics services.
  • Investigate and implement AI-driven solutions to enhance the HR process landscape.
  • Contribute to current and future HR projects, representing CMG in various working groups as required.

Your Profile

  • Hold a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as applied sciences, technology, engineering, mathematics, or HR.
  • Have previous professional experience in HR systems, particularly Crewing HRIS, and managing operational HR processes.
  • possess strong analytical skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a proactive, can-do attitude.
  • Be innovative and proactively driven.
  • Be structured and organized to interact on various levels within and outside the organization.
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office 365 with related BI tools.
  • Have leadership experience in managing cross-cultural teams in complex organizations.
  • Be business fluent in English, as it is the company's official language.
