- Du trägst von Beginn an hohe Verantwortung: Nach Beendigung unserer internen "Sales Excellence Academy" fungierst Du für 1 Jahr als Sales Trainee und verantwortest bereits Deinen eigenen Kundenstamm.
- Erlernen der Generierung von strategischem Neugeschäft durch Neukundenakquise mit Unterstützung durch erfahrene Kollegen
- Betreuung, Bindung und Ausbau der akquirierten Kunden
- Umfassende, genaue und frühzeitige Qualifikation bzw. Potentialanalyse von Leads
- Analyse von Anfragen und Erstellung von kundenspezifischen Angeboten
- Professionelle Repräsentation des Unternehmens in Zusammenarbeit mit den Sales-Kollegen online und ggfs. vor Ort
- Mitwirkung bei der Entwicklung von Vertriebsstrategien
- Pflege der Vertriebstools, Pflege der Kundendaten
- Dokumentation der Kundenbesuche, Akquiseaktivitäten
- Wettbewerbsanalyse
- Teilnahme an Schulungen und Workshops zur Entwicklung von Vertriebsfähigkeiten und Produktwissen
- Kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung, Studium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation, oder baldiger Abschluß
- Erste Erfahrungen im Vertrieb oder Kundenservice sind von Vorteil, aber nicht zwingend erforderlich
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse der deutschen Sprache (Rechtschreibung, Ausdruck)
- Gute Kenntnisse der englischen Sprache (Rechtschreibung, Ausdruck)
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse der MS Office Anwendungen
- Unternehmerisches und innovatives Denken
- Kompetentes Auftreten gegenüber Kunden, Vorgesetzten, Kollegen und Mitarbeitern
- Führerschein
