At Arctic Wolf, we're on a mission to end cyber risk. We're a leader in security operations, and we're looking for a talented Sales Development Representative to join our team in Frankfurt. As a Sales Development Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for prospective customers, and you'll play a critical role in driving revenue growth for our organization.

About the Role:

The Sales Development Representative position is a key part of our sales team, and you'll be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and capturing leads and opportunities through phone, internet, and social media. You'll also be responsible for creating opportunities within your assigned region, partnering with senior sales executives, and driving attendance to and attending events and tradeshows.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and qualify leads through phone, internet, and social media
  • Create opportunities within your assigned region
  • Partner with senior sales executives to drive revenue growth
  • Drive attendance to and attend events and tradeshows
  • Create a steady flow of outbound communications to drive engagement
  • Maintain velocity to drive activity, prospective customer engagement, and revenue
  • Build rapport and cultivate relationships with team members
  • Demonstrate a consultative sales approach by creating value-based partnerships
  • Consistently achieve quota
  • Build rapport with prospective customers, partners, and move the sales process forward
  • Work diligently with team members to share feedback and best practices

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English and Dutch
  • Passport and ability to travel occasionally
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 1-2 years of professional experience beyond college, preferably in sales, business development, lead generation, outbound calling, or equivalent
  • Experience and enjoyment working in a collaborative team environment
  • Self-motivated and driven for outstanding results with a focus on quality and the customer
  • Devotion to sales development, achievement, and driving career forward rapidly
  • Ability to be flexible and work in a rapidly changing, collaborative, fast-paced environment
  • Excellent oral, written, and social media communication skills
  • Excellent creative, multi-tasking, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • The ability to work with a variety of internal groups
  • Solid technical aptitude and business acumen
  • Curious, positive, and aggressive attitude

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of and/or experience with a CRM or content management tracking system
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills working in a professional environment
  • Strong collaboration and team-building skills
  • Ability to research, utilize, and leverage social media and the internet to qualify leads, drive opportunity, and revenue
