Strategic Account Manager for Telco Partnerships

About the Opportunity

Wind River is seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our European Industrial Sales Team. As a Strategic Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining long-term partnerships with Telco customers in Germany, unlocking the full potential of our solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect, qualify, sell, and close new business with existing and net new Telco customers.
  • Develop and execute account plans to ensure revenue target delivery and sustainable growth.
  • Establish strong relationships with C-level executives and internal stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to remain competitive.
  • Lead designated territory, including accounts, account relationships, prospect profiling, and sales cycles.

About You

  • 7+ years of quota-bearing sales experience, ideally selling into Product Management and/or Engineering organizations.
  • Demonstrated success using a consultative, solutions/value-oriented sales approach and team selling environment.
  • Excellent listening, presentation, and public speaking skills.
  • Strong hunting and prospecting skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure with excellent attention to detail.
