At PAYBACK GmbH, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and advising a PAYBACK partner portfolio, developing cross-channel concepts and campaigns to acquire and retain customers, and working closely with internal specialists from marketing, analytics, and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and advise a PAYBACK partner portfolio, focusing on the development of cross-channel concepts and campaigns to acquire and retain customers.
  • Work closely with internal specialists from marketing, analytics, and operations to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives, including the creation of high-quality presentations and reports.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities for growth and improvement, and develop solutions to address these opportunities.
  • Manage offer processes, negotiate contracts, and ensure successful project execution.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of professional experience in key account management or agency environments.
  • Relevant knowledge of CRM, direct, and digital marketing.
  • Strong analytical and structured thinking skills, with an affinity for numbers and KPIs.
  • Excellent communication and customer-oriented skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • A healthy dose of humor and a strong hands-on mentality.
