The Sales Growth Strategist is responsible for driving revenue expansion within Blue Yonder's existing customer base and new accounts. They will establish key business relationships, understand customer needs, and develop comprehensive account plans to increase Blue Yonder's market penetration.

Key Responsibilities

* Identify, prioritize, and pursue expansion opportunities within new and existing Blue Yonder customers
* Develop and execute strategic account plans to ensure revenue target delivery and balanced growth
* Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
* Collaborate with internal teams to maximize value and drive sales pipeline growth
* Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform account strategies

Requirements

* 7+ years of sales experience with enterprise software sales for a high-growth company
* Proven business acumen and revenue forecasting in an Account Management/Sales Executive role
* Ability to build and execute strategic customer roadmaps
* Experience using CRM software and MS Office
* Knowledge of Supply Chain industry
* Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or relevant experience
* Fluency in German and English
