Talent Acquisition Specialist EMEA

SAP LeanIX is expanding its global Talent Acquisition team and seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our EMEA region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for full cycle recruitment, identifying, attracting, sourcing, recruiting, and selecting highly qualified talent for SAP LeanIX.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with Hiring Managers to understand business objectives and provide strategic advice for effective recruitment processes.
  • Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the EMEA region.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for Product Management and UX/Product Design teams, ensuring timely and successful hires.
  • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to continuously improve our approach, managing high-priority strategic projects.
  • Utilize creative techniques and innovative tools to source talent and find the "hidden gem" candidate.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of successful full cycle recruiting experience within the IT/SaaS industry, preferably in Software Product organizations.
  • Strong business partnering skills, with the ability to advise stakeholders on all levels.
  • Ability to work at pace, prioritizing effectively and juggling multiple projects in a hyper-growth organization.
  • Strong organizational skills, with a structured, data-driven, and creative approach.
  • Advanced English communication skills (verbal and written) and native German.
