Job Description

This critical role will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment, including identifying, attracting, sourcing, recruiting, and selecting highly qualified talent for SAP LeanIX's Product Management teams. You'll work closely with Hiring Managers to understand business objectives and provide strategic advice on the most effective recruitment process.

You'll also have the opportunity to manage high-priority strategic projects relating to Talent Acquisition and continuously improve our recruitment approach.

  • A competitive salary of around €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on experience

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Strong business partnering skills and the credibility to advise stakeholders at all levels
  • 3+ years of successful full-cycle recruiting experience within IT/SaaS industry, preferably for software product organizations
  • Excellent organizational skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making and creative approaches
  • Experience using recruitment mediums and tools, such as LinkedIn Talent Solutions and ATS (preferably Greenhouse)
  • Advanced English communication skills (verbal and written) and native German language proficiency
