About the RoleWe're seeking an experienced professional to lead our Talent Acquisition team and design scalable hiring strategies. Your expertise will empower the team to achieve their full potential, driving impact through enhanced employer brand, improved candidate experience, and successful recruitment outcomes.
- Lead a team of 4 TA Managers in DACH, Italy, and Poland regions
- Mentor and develop team members to become sparring partners for departments
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent
- Support hiring managers and stakeholders to align priorities and meet growth objectives
You'll work closely with our People leadership team to bring ideas, raise initiatives, and contribute actively to our strategies and projects.
Your Profile- Extensive experience in Talent Acquisition, with knowledge of the Berlin start-up ecosystem
- Ability to empower people to reach their full potential while minimizing external pressures
- Data-driven approach with deep understanding of analytics and actionable strategies
- Strong organizational dynamics skills to identify headcount gaps and address challenges effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English (German, French, Italian, or Polish are a plus)
