About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Field Sales Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Berlin, Germany.
As part of our strategic growth initiative, we aim to expand our Field Sales operations across Europe. You will play a pivotal role in scaling our Field Sales teams by driving recruitment efforts, building employer branding initiatives, and fostering strong relationships with stakeholders.
Your Responsibilities:
- Onboard fully on the Field Sales project and take ownership of hiring initiatives in key European markets.
- Execute end-to-end recruitment for a portfolio of positions, ensuring process and candidate experience excellence targets are achieved.
- Support employer branding, performance marketing, and content creation for target markets.
- Establish efficient hiring processes from application to onboarding.
- Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders, engage with hiring managers on best practices to ensure hiring excellence and prioritize hiring needs.
- Set aspirational targets to continuously improve on past hiring outcomes using data points to identify opportunities for improvement.
Requirements
- Proven experience in conducting interviews and assessing candidates for high-volume positions, including sales hiring experience.
- User-centric mindset with a willingness to achieve a best-in-class hiring experience for candidates and hiring managers alike.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Effective stakeholder management and complex project handling.
- Fluency in English and another European language (German, French, or Italian).
- Adaptability and flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Affinity for data and understanding of recruiting metrics and analytics.
